Period of Warranty
The period of warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment. Nuoxin guarantees to give a replacement in case of cells with defects proven due to manufacturing process instead of the customer’s abuse and misuse.
Warning
Danger warning (it should be described in manual or instruction for users, indicated especially) to prevent the possibility of the battery from leaking, heating, explosion. Please observe the following precautions:
Don’t immerse the battery in water and seawater. Please put it in cool and dry environment if no using.
Do not discard or leave the battery near a heat source as fire or heater
Being charged, using the battery charger specifically for that purpose
Don’t reverse the positive and negative terminals
Don’t connect the battery to an electrical outlet directly.
Don’t connect the positive and negative terminal directly with metal objects such as wire. Short terminals of battery is strictly prohibited, it may damage battery.
Do not transport and store the battery together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins.Do not strike , throw or trample the battery.
Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp object
Most of orders from T238 are shipping from our warehouse in Shenzhen,China so the ETA for every parcel would be 1-3weeks just depend on what shipping option you choose.

While we do our best to ensure that the shipping rates customers see and pay for are accurate, sometimes they may be different than expected. In the event that additional shipping costs are required, we will reach out to the customer to request payment or offer an alternative solution, if possible.

We now have free shipping over $98, under $98 we charge $7.99/$9.99 shipping, some countries or regions require $12.99 shipping.

If one or more of the products you received shows quality issues within the warranty period, you can request for Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns are activated after getting Return Merchandise Authorization.

When contacting us with your claims, please send us the video or photos that showing the issue at the same time.
We will contact you for more detailed information or response within 24 hours.
If a product is within our warranties, you may have to return it. The responsibility for return shipping fee, depends on actual problems(wrong usage or factory defect）
