At T238, we are dedicated to serving the airsoft community and providing related accessories. Due to the specialized nature of our products and strict Shenzhen customs regulations, our refund policy is outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

General Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available in specific cases. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been processed for shipment. Once shipped (typically within 2-3 business days), cancellations are not possible. If a package is lost in transit, contact us to investigate, and we may issue a refund or reshipment after verification. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless due to our error.

The shipping and tax fees for T238 products are collected by us on behalf of the shipping company and customs authorities. Once collected, we remit these fees accordingly. Therefore, if a customer requests a refund, the shipping and tax fees are non-refundable. However, we can refund the cost of the T238 product itself.

No Returns for Non-Defective Items

According to the laws and regulations of Shenzhen Customs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. If, after receiving the product, you find that you have selected the wrong model, specification, color, quantity, or that the product is not compatible with your airsoft gun, we will not provide a refund or exchange. Please carefully review product details, specifications, and images before ordering. Returned items cannot be re-imported, so we enforce a strict no-return policy for non-defective goods.

Shipping and Customs Limitations

Once an order leaves our warehouse or clears Shenzhen customs, we cannot intercept or recall it. After the package reaches your country, returns or refunds are not possible, even if refused or held by customs. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees, which are non-refundable. Track your order using the provided tracking link and contact us immediately for transit issues.

Quality-Related Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact T238 Customer Support at support@t238.net within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos, or videos of the issue. If verified, we may offer a refund, replacement, or repair. Non-quality issues, such as misuse or normal wear, do not qualify for refunds.
