Motor Failure Example Answer

1.No way of knowing the RPM of the potentiometer.

Example：I received the motor, but when I took it out of the box, the potentiometer used to set the RPM spun freely without any end stops or any legs.Therefore, I have no way of knowing the RPM of the potentiometer.

Cause of Failure：

1）Do not rotate continuously, it will damage the end stops.

2）The end stops have a weak cueing effect, so watch your strength when rotating them.

3）Works fine without end stops and can be connected to battery to adjust speed.

 

2.Brushless motor 2980KV/33000RPM long, when power is applied, it only makes a constant ticking sound! What does this mean?
1）voltage.
2） Block rotation.
3）overheating.

3.When the motor is not working:
1）Replace the battery and try it fully charged.
2）Connect the brushless motor directly to the battery and test whether the motor is normal or not.
